摘要
从定量的角度给出区域科技中心的概念界定,即通过建立评价指标体系和评价模型来评判一个城市是否是某一区域的科技中心。
This paper studies the definition and offers a definite concept f or this center from the point of quantitative analysis.That is,it evaluates a city as the science&technology center in a certain region by constructing an i ndex system and a comprehensive evaluating model.
