摘要
用聚醚,TDI,1,4 丁二醇和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等制备了聚氨酯乳液,引入的DMPA作为阴离子亲水基团,使PU具有了亲水性.讨论了合成过程中的一些影响因素和胶乳的稳定性.结果表明:选择合适的DMPA加入方式,对胶乳的稳定性影响很大.增加DMPA用量,可使胶乳的粒径减小,乳液的稳定性提高;用固化剂(AQ 100)固化以后,产品有较好的强度.
Polyurethane emulsion was prepared from polyether, TDI, 1,4butanediol and DMPA. The ionic hydrophilic groups was introduced in the polyurethane chain to get the waterborne polyurethane. The factors which had effect on the synthesis and quality of PU emulsion were investigated. The results show that the ways by which DMPA is put into resin and the amounts of the DMPA added have effect on the stability of the emulsion. The product cured with AQ100 curing agent has the high strength.
