摘要 塔河地区上部地层具有欠压实、胶结性差、可钻性好、渗透性强、弱膨胀强分散的特点。在该段地层普遍存在起下钻阻卡现象。根据地层特点提出,使用好聚合物钻井液是降低阻卡、加快钻井速度的有效措施之一。现场实践表明,充分发挥聚合物钻井液的包被抑制性,抑制钻屑分散,并与高效固控相结合,可很好地实现钻井液的低固相,再控制适当的膨润土含量,保证了钻井液具有良好的流变性、携砂性和滤失造壁性,而且性能稳定,完全可以满足井下要求,大大降低阻卡的严重程度。具体钻井液技术为:聚合物包被剂分子量不低于2.5×106,在444.5 mm井眼的用量为3~4kg/m,在311.1 mm井眼为2~3 kg/m,使用充分溶解水化的胶液维护,配胶液用水矿化度越低越好;膨润土含量为20~35 g/L;钻井液精斗粘度为38~48 s,塑性粘度为10~18mPa·s,动切力为3~7 Pa,静切力为(1~3)/(2~5)Pa/Pa,滤失量为6~12 mL,固相的体积分数小于10%。 The upper formation in Tahe area can be described as uncompaction, poor consolidation) good drillability, strong permeability, weak inflation and strong dispersion, thus, the problems of pipe sticking during drilling frequently occur in the formation. According to the upper formation features , as one of the effective measures for reducing pipe sticking and improving drilling speed, the use of polymer drilling fluid has been presented. Field tests have shown that utilizing adequately good inh-ibitive and packing capacity of the drilling fluid to control drilling cuttings dispersing and maintaining high efficient solid control, low solid of drilling fluid can be remained remarkably; controlling benton-ite content of the drilling fluid to keep its good rheological property, carrying sand and filtration building capacity, the performance of drilling fluid can be improved remarkably, therefore, severe pipe sticking can be prevented. Relevant drilling fluid technical guidelines have been given in this paper, i. e. , keeping molecular weight of polymer coating agent over 2. 5×106 and its dosage between 3-4 kg/m in 444. 5 mm hole section and 2-3 kg/m in 311. 1 mm, meanwhile, using fully hydrated liquid cement and low salinity water for operating; maintaining bentonite content of 20-35 g/L, funnel viscosity of 38-48 s, plastic viscosity of 10-18 mPa·s, dynamic shearing force of 3-7 Pa , static shearing force of (1-3)/(2-5) Pa/Pa, filter loss of 6-12 mL, and solid phase volume fraction less than 10%.
