摘要 讨论了高温高压对水泥石强度的影响规律。水泥石强度在温度低于110℃时随养护温度升高而增加,在高于110℃时随养护温度升高而降低,即发生了水泥石高温强度退化现泉,且温度越高退化现象越严重。水泥石抗压强度在养护压力低于21 MPa时随压力升高而增加;在高于21MPa时压力的影响不明显。在此基础上优选出了满足吐哈盆地预探井和科学探索井固井要求的抗高温水泥浆,该体系使用中粗硅粉高温稳定剂、RC800降失水剂、USZ分散剂和TW-200R缓凝剂。在勒七井和鄯科一井的固井实践表明,该体系高温性能稳定,施工顺利,固井质量合格。 This article discusses the influence laws of HTHP on cement stone strength. The laws are that the strength of cement stone increase with the increasing of the curing temperature below 110℃ and decrease with the increasing of the curing temperature over 110 ℃; the compressive strength of cement stone is increased with the increasing of pressure below 21 MPa, while small changes is detected when the pressure is over 21 MPa. Generally, the temperature of 110 ℃ is considered as the API-G degree cement critical temperature of cementstone strength retrogression in high temperature and the pressure of 21 MPa is considered the test pressure for testing the physics performance of well cement slurry. However, a low filtrate cement slurry system for wildcat and science exploratory wells in Tuha basin has been optimized, field application shows it is stable in high temperature and good for field using, and good cementing has been obtained in wells of Jingle 7 and Shanke 1.
