摘要
采用自行合成的各种相对分子质量的反应型液晶聚合物 (LCPU )对环氧树脂CYD 12 8/4,4′ 二氨基二苯砜(DDS)固化体系进行改性 ,固定LCPU用量为 5 %。对各种改性体系的冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弹性模量、玻璃化转变温度 (Tg)、热失重温度 (Td)、电性能、吸水性能与LCPU相对分子质量 (n)的关系进行了研究。结果表明 ,LCPU的相对分子质量对固化物的力学性能和热性能影响较大 ,对其电性能和吸水性能的影响较小 ,当n
The epoxy resin(EP)/4,4′-diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS) blends were modified by a reactive thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(LCPU).The LCPU content was 5 %.Influences of the relative molecular weight of LCPU on impact strength, tensile strength, bending strength, elastic modulus and thermal stability were investigated. Results showed that the molecular weight of LCPU had great influence on mechanical and thermal properties, but had little effect on electric properties and water absorption. It was proved that the properties of modified curing materials reached the best when n =6.
