摘要
以不同粒型的玉米为材料,研究其种苗转化过程中的生理变化及其与幼苗生长的关系。结果表明:在种苗转化过程中,作为贮藏器官的胚乳和盾片趋向分解,重量逐渐减轻。而胚以合成结构物质为主,重量不断增加。同时,不同粒型的玉米在种苗转化过程中对贮藏物质的分解利用又表现出一定的差异性:大子粒的掖单22对贮藏物质的分解利用效率高于小子粒的掖单22,容易形成壮苗;小粒型的品种鲁原单14对贮藏物质的分解利用效率前期高于大粒型的品种掖单22,后期则低于掖单22,其幼苗前期早发,后期早衰;粉质型玉米鲁单50对贮藏物质的分解利用效率高于角质型玉米农大108,幼苗长势也显著好于后者,更容易形成壮苗。
Using different grain type maize as the research material,the effects of physiology changes and vigor-ous seedlings during seed-seedling transforming were investigated.The results showed that endosperm and scutella acting as the store tissue trend to decompose,and its dry weight decreases,while embryo mostly composes substance,and its dry weight increases gradually.Meanwhile,different grain type maize represent obvious difference during their decomposing and utilization on the store substance:the larger seed YD22's efficiency of using the store sub-stance is higher than the smaller seed YD22,and the former is easier to be vigorous seedling.The smaller size seed breed-LYD14's efficiency of using the store substance is higher than the larger size breed YD22in prophase and lower in anaphase.Its seedlings is premature in prophase and premature senility in anaphase;The powder seed-LD50's efficiency of using the store substance is higher than the cutin seed-ND108,and its seedlings' growth ten-dency is obvious better than the latter,it is easier to be vigorous seedling.
