摘要
在HAc NaAc介质中 ,以氨三乙酸 (NTA)为活化剂 ,锰 (I1)对于高碘酸钾氧化灿烂绿的反应具有强烈的催化作用 .建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰 (II)的新方法 .该方法的检出限为 2 .2 2× 10 - 1 1 g/mL ,测定线性范围为 0— 12ng/mL .直接用于环境水样中锰的测定 。
Using NTA as an activating agent,Mn(Ⅱ) can catalyze reaction of brillant green with potassium periodate in HAc NaAc buffers.Based on this,a new spectrophotometric method determining trace manganese was founded.The detection limit is 2.22×10 -11 g/mL and the linear range for manganese is 0-12ng/mL.The method has been used for determination of trace manganese in water with satisfactory results.
