摘要
应用机械系统分析软件ADAMS,建立了动力总成悬置系统六自由度的动力学模型。采用模型参数化分析方法,讨论了悬置的性能参数对系统隔振性能的影响,以悬置的性能参数为设计变量,以系统振动传递率最小为目标函数,对动力总成悬置系统进行了优化设计,从而降低了轿车在各工况时由发动机激励引起的振动。
The software ADAMS is used to set up a sixdegreeoffreedom dynamic model of powertrain mount system. The effects of mount parameters on the vibration isolation performance are investigated using parameter analysis method. The optimum design of powertrain mount system is made with the mount parameters as the variables and the minimum vibration transmitting rate of the system's gravity as the objective function. And the vibration of the car is reduced effectively.
