摘要
目的 :建立复方丙酸氯倍他索溶液中丙酸氯倍他索含量测定的HPLC法。方法 :采用NUCLEOSIL 10 0 5C18色谱柱 ;流动相 :甲醇∶0 0 5mol·L-1醋酸 醋酸钠缓冲液 (78∶2 2 ,V/V ,pH 4 3 0 ) ;检测波长为 2 3 7nm。结果 :丙酸氯倍他索浓度在 0 0 4~0 0 6mg·mL-1范围 ,回归方程为A =2 4 3 11+ 186 74c ,r=0 9996(n =5 )。结论 :HPLC法可用于复方丙酸氯倍他索溶液中丙酸氯倍他索的含量测定 ,方法稳定 。
AIM: To develop HPLC for the determination of clobetasol propionate in the compound clobetasol propionate. METHODS: Using a chemical bonded phase column (NUCLEOSIL 100 5 C 18 ), the mobile phase was methanol 0 05 mol·L -1 HAc/NaAc buffer (pH=4 30) (78∶22, V/V), with a flow rate 1 0 mL·min -1 . The UV detector was set to 237 nm. RESULTS: Standard curve ranged form 0 04~0 06 mg·mL -1 , r= 0 999 6. CONCLUSION:HPLC used in the determination of compound clobetasol propionate solution is stable and accurate.
