摘要
为适应国家、军队医疗体制的改革和医疗服务模式的转变 ,军队医院的门诊应突出“以病人为中心”,为病人提供优质、快捷、高效、低耗的服务。军队门诊建设应向着布局合理、功能齐全、设备先进、技术优良、服务周到、管理规范的现代化方向迈进。
To adapt the reform of the military medical system and changes of the medical service mode, the out patient department in the military hospital should extrude “regarding patient as the center”, and provide patients high quality , rapid, efficient services. The out patient department in the military hospital is tend to have reasonable layout, complete function, advantage equipments, good technique, thoughtful service, stadard management.
