摘要
为解决产品族设计中的模块化和核心平台的确定问题,本文针对产品族的产品相似性和零部件的可替换性等特点,从功能和结构两个层次进行界面关联并构建量化的设计结构矩阵,然后进行信息处理和部件的敏感性分析。通过部件之间关联信息量及其比例的分析,规划了产品族开发顺序,从任务聚合的角度实现部件聚合。综合考虑两种层次的界面关联分析,在实现产品族模块化的基础上确定了核心平台。最后,以咖啡机为例说明了上述方法。
In order to determine the product platform and modularize for product family design, the quantified Design Structure Matrix (DSM) is constructed based on the functional and structural interface relations analysis, which is aimed at the commonality and replaceable characteristics of product family, then the relations information is handled and sensitivity analysis is applied. Secondly, components' clustering is achieved by utilizing product family design sequence, which is programmed based on the analysis of the information capacity and proportion between components. And then the product platform is realized based on the modularized product family by synthetically considering above two layers' interface relations. Finally, the coffeemaker is used to illustrate the design methodology.
