摘要
对带—带轮系统的振动进行了分析 ,结合疲劳方程 ,对带的拉力及带早期断裂原因作了讨论。其结果指出 ,在静态条件下带所受的拉力比它在实际情况下所受的拉力小 ;由于动态应力的增加 ,带的疲劳寿命比在静态时的寿命小几倍。此外 ,为了检查本文中所建立微分方程及其解答的可靠性 ,用一个例子作了详尽计算。其结果指出 ,如果在解答中将含有动态参数的项略去 ,将其退化成静态情况 ,不仅其结果与文献中的经典拉力公式完全一致 ,而且数值计算结果也完全与文献中相应结果相同。因此 ,本文含有动态参数项是对经典方法中拉力公式的理论修正 。
The nonage fracture of belt is a difficult problem in belt drive. No doubt, the research on the vibrations of belt-drums system would certainly be of advantage for reduction of this difficulty. So that, in this paper the vibrations of belt-drums system are analyzed. the presented solutions can be directly applied to determine the tensile forces of belt. Using the obtained solutions together with the fatigue equation by experiments, the tensile forces and cause of nonage fracture for belt are discussed. The results show that the tensile forces under static conditions are small cmpared with those in actual states, and also that the belt life, due to increase of dynamic stress, may be several times smaller than that in static. Thus, the belt life obtained under static conditions is not reliable. Furthermore, in order to check the reliability of differential equations established and its solutions obtained in this paper, an example is worked out in detail. It is shown that if the dynamical terms in solutions obtained are neglected, the results specialized to the static case not only show a close agreement with the classical formulas, but the results of numeral calculations are obviously identical with those in literature. So that, the result in this paper lades to a theoretical modification to a classical method and it is also a method to enhance the precision of life prediction for belt.
