借助有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS DYNA ,对方轧件在椭圆孔型中的动态轧制过程进行模拟仿真 ,重点分析了轧制过程的轧件的变形情况和力能参数。通过对实验结果和模拟结果对比表明 ,试验结果和数值模拟结果基本相符 ,也表明了利用ANSYS/LS
This paper presents details of numerical simulation of square to oval hot dynamics rolling process with the aid of FE code ANSYS\LS\|DYNA.Particular attention is paid to predict the pass dimensions and other relative rolling parameters during the rolling process.Comparison of calculated results with experimental data shows good agreements.It shows that the problem of shape rolling can be analyzed by means of ANSYS\LS \|DYNA.
