摘要
阐明弹性夹具对环境振动试验的必要性 ,简介夹具动力学设计的原理与方法。用试验验证不同动力特性的夹具对振动试验的影响 ,并对所得数据进行分析 ,得出一些有益的结论。提出修订现行环境振动试验规范的呼吁。
The necessity of considering the elastic effect of clamp design upon environment vibration experiment was demonstrated. A brief presentation of the principle and method about the clamp dynamic optimization design was carried out. It was verified by experiment done that the results of vibration test would be seriously effected by the various dynamic characteristic of the under-designed elastic clamp. After the analysis of the test data, we can get the conclusion that not only the value but also the position of maximum dynamic response will be changed due to different characteristic of the clamp. Actually, in engineering practice, the simulated specimen during the test sometimes would be good enough but the real structure would be broken down and vice versa due to the incorrect consideration of dynamic characteristics of the clamp. Consequently, the authors appeal to modify generally accepted specification now as to consider the presence of elastic clamp.
