摘要
非中心t分布函数及其分位数的计算 ,在正态分布的单侧容许限计算、变差系数的置信上限计算、正态分布产品的可靠性下限计算中起着重要作用。本文采用高斯积分方法 ,提出了非中心t分布函数及其分位数计算的一种方法 ,该方法具有运算速度快、精度高的特点 ,可用于正态分布的单侧容许限分析、变差系数的置信上限分析、产品的可靠性下限分析以及与非中心t分布函数相关的统计分析 。
Calculation of non central t distribution and its quantile is required in reliability analysis, for example, analysis of lower tolerance limit for normal distribution, upper confidence limits of coefficient of variation for normal distribution, lower limits of reliability for normal distribution. Based on Gauss integral method and non central t distribution, a new method for the calculation of non central t distribution and its quantile is presented. Timesaving and high precision is its characteristic. The method is easily used in the reliability analysis for normal distribution.
