摘要
论述了现代模具制造业开发计算机辅助工艺设计 (CAPP)系统的必要性与可行性 ,分析讨论了自行开发研制的模具制造 CAPP系统零件信息的描述、工艺设计层次和决策逻辑等关键技术 ,并给出了该 CAPP系统的结构 .系统已通过运行测试 ,取得了较满意的效果 .
The necessity and feasibility to develop computer aided process planning(CAPP) system for mold manufacturing were described. The feature descriptions of the mold manufacturing were given. The decision logic methods of the process planning were designed and generated. The CAPP system for mold manufacturing was developed. The system was experimentally applied in the actual die & mold manufacturing which shows expected satisfying results.
