摘要
为推动田径技术教学的改革,采用对比实验的方法,对分类连续教学法优化投掷教学效果进行研究。结果证明,分类连续教学法有利于促进运动技能间的迁移,加速动作技能的形成,提高了教学效率。
In order to push forward the reform of technique teaching in track and field, using compare experiment way, study its effect on throw teaching. Studies show that, the classified & consecutive-teaching-method can promote the skill migration and formation with advantage. Raised their teaching efficiency.
