结球甘蓝过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶与杂交亲本配合力的关系 被引量:6

摘要 以7个结球甘蓝自交系以及由它们杂交组成(配合力测定采用半轮配法)的21个杂交种为试验材料,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术进行过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱分析与田间亲本配合力测定,探讨酶谱差异与杂交亲本配合力的关系.结果发现:杂交组合F1的POD和EST同工酶酶谱有3种类型:一是出现双亲互补型酶带,并兼有双亲所没有的杂种酶带;二是只出现双亲互补型酶带;三是丢失双亲部分特征酶带.结合田间亲本配合力测定发现,第1种类型的亲本配合力高;第3种类型的亲本则配合力低.由此可见,结球甘蓝POD和EST同工酶与杂交亲本配合力有一定相关性,可为预测杂种优势提供一些依据. Electrophoretic isozyme zymogram patterns of peroxidase (POD) and esterase (EST) obtained from 7 inbred lines of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var.capitata L.) and their 21 hybrids were analyzed. Combining abilities of hybridized parents were tested as well. According to the results, the relations of zymogram pattern discrepancy and combining ability of hybridized parents were further investigated in cabbage. It was discovered that there were three types of zymogram patterns of F1. The first one bore not only complementary zymogram patterns of the parents, but also different zymogram patterns from the parents.The second one only bore complementary zymogram patterns of the parents. The last one was different zymogram pattern from the parents in part. Worthing being noticed, there were correlations between peroxidase or esterase isozymes and combining ability of hybridized parents to certain extent. The combining ability of hybridized parents whose F1 had the first type of zymogram pattern was high, on the contrary, that whose F1 bore the last type of zymogram pattern was low. These could be used as an index for prediction of hybrid vigor.
