以正硅酸乙酯 (TEOS)为硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)与曲拉通X 10 0 (TX 10 0 )混合表面活性剂为模板剂 ,水热合成中孔MCM 48.在合成过程中通过调节溶液pH值可有效提高MCM 48的收率和水热稳定性 ,同时采用混合表面活性剂使模板剂的利用效率达到了 6 0TEOS/1 0Surf.并通过XRD、N2 吸附 /脱附和FT
Mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-48 were hydrothermally synthesized by using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silica source and mixed surfactants of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and Triton X-100 (TX-100) as co-template. The yields and hydrothermal stability of MCM-48 could be increased considerably by adjusting the pH values of the solutions which had been statically crystallized for a certain time. At the same time, the utilizing efficiency of the mixed surfactants was higher than that using CTAB alone as the template. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, N-2 adsorption-desorption isotherms and FT-IR methods.
