摘要
研制了钢包钢水新型保温覆盖剂 ,主要成分为 (% ) :15～ 2 5C ,2 0～ 3 5SiO2 ,10～ 2 0Al2 O3,2～5Fe2 O3,15～ 2 5CaO ,2～ 5MgO ,新覆盖剂铺展性与保温性能良好 ,经转炉钢水 160t钢包生产使用 ,统计数据表明 ,镇静 15min后钢水降温速度由原碳化稻壳覆盖剂 1.3 3℃ min降低到 0 .93℃ min。
The new liquid steel heat\|insulating covering agent in ladle, main ingredient (%): 15～25C, 20～35SiO\-2, 10～20Al\-2O\-3, 2～5Fe 2O 3, 15～25CaO and 2～5MgO has been developed. The new covering agent has excellent performance of spread and heat\|insulation and the statistic data of production and application in 160 t ladle with LD metal showed that with killed for 15 min the temperature decreasing rate using new covering agent decreased to 0.93 ℃/min from 1.33 ℃/min which using original agent carburising chaff of rice.
