摘要
本文分析了传统的模拟式电容耦合测试仪的不足,然后提出了改进方法:把测试仪的关键部分相敏检波器的功能一分为二,分别用AD637和正负判断电路代替。同时介绍了利用微处理器对模拟式电容耦合测试仪进行数字化、智能化的方法。
The shortcomings of traditional analog Capacitance-coupling Test Set (CTS) are analyzed in this paper, and then the method of improvement is suggested. The function of Phase-sensitivity Detector (PHD) that is the hardcore of analog CTS is accomplished with two parts. Accordingly, PHD is substituted with AD637 and Positive-negative Judgment Circuit. At the same time, the method that digitizes and intelligentizes CTS with Microprogrammed Control Unit (MCU) is introduced.
