摘要
从系统理论和运输需求的概念出发,在提出铁路路网系统总体运输能力、总体有效运输能力及潜在运输能力新概念的基础上,以基于K短路的总体有效运输能力模型构建及遗传算法设计为核心,给出了路网系统运输能力的计算分析方法及编程实现,实例计算表明提出的概念及计算方法具有实用价值。
From the concepts and the system theories of transport demands, the new concepts of total carrying capacity, total effective carrying capacity and potential capacity of railway network are proposed. The mathematical model of total effective carrying capacity on the concept of Kshortest path is proposed and GA solution is given. The calculating methods for network capacity are given on the key point of effective capacity. Real instance with the developing software shows that the concepts and calculating methods of network capacity are feasible and promising for practical using.
