摘要
通过对空气重介干法选煤主机中刮板运动轨迹的研究,得出刮板在排矸端运动轨迹方程.讨论了刮板在排杆端运动过程中与布风板之间的间隙变化情况,结果表明,刮板在排矸端的运动是跳跃波动的,其与布风板之间的间隙是不断变化的,为了减小刮板与布风板之间的间隙变化量,应采用小的圆环链和齿数较多的链轮,并且要合理确定排矸端布风板的安装位置.这为合理设计空气重介流化床中刮板输送装置提供了理论依据.图3,参6.
The scraper moving track equations at disposal rock bin end was acquired through studying scraper moving track in air dense medium dry separator. The clearance varying amounts between the scraper and distributor was discussed while the scraper moved at the disposal rock bin end. The results showed that the scraper movement was fluctuant and the clearance varying amounts was continuous variation. The smaller size cirque chain and the chain wheel whit more tooth should be adopted and the installing position of distributor should be in reason determined in order to reduce the clearance varying amounts. The conclusions in this paper provided theory basis for rational designing scraper transport device and installing distributor at disposal rock bin end. 3figs, 6refs.
