摘要 本文以放电加工机床的驱动部分为平台,通过对直线电机的合理选择,实现直线电机伺服系统的商业化应用。首先介绍了直线电机的结构和工作原理,对比分析了与传统旋转电机的区别,介绍了直线电机在现代伺服系统中的优点和发展优势。然后通过分析其在机床伺服系统中应用的优越性,通过对电磁场基础理论的分析提出了永磁同步直线电机数学模型。根据圆筒型直线电机的参数进行选型,提出了放电加工机床驱动部分的硬件结构设计和直线电机在放电加工机床上的成功应用设计,最后总结了该使用机型的优异性能。 Based on the driving portion of electrical discharge machine, and through reasonable selection to linear motor, the paper analyzes the commercial application of the servo system of linear motor. First of all, it introduces the basic structures and working principles of linear motor, analyzes comparatively the differences between the linear motor and the conventional rotary motor, and points out the strengths and development advantages of linear motor in modern servo system. Then, by analyzing the superiority of its application in the servo system of the machine tool, and by researching the basic theory of the electromagnetic field, the paper puts forward the mathematical model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). Based on the parameters of the cylindrical linear motor, the paper not only advances the hardware architecture design of the driving portion of electrical discharge machine, but also puts forward the application design of linear motor in the electrical discharge machine. At the end, it summarizes the excellent performance of the linear motor.
