摘要
安徽省某铁矿石进行了工艺矿物学分析后结果表明,该铁矿石中的铁主要以磁铁矿的形式存在,占总铁的92.32%。但是经过磁选后铁精矿含硫较高,针对该矿样进行了磁选后铁精矿反浮选脱硫实验,阶磨阶选—先磁后浮工艺探索实验,阶磨阶选—先浮后磁工艺探索实验。综合三种流程实验结果得出采用先浮后磁工艺可得到铁精矿品位67.32%,含硫0.134%,铁回收率71.85%的铁精矿。
An iron of Anhui province the mineralogical analysis results show that ,the iron ore in the iron mainly exists in the form of magnetite, accounted for 92.32% of iron. After mangnetic separation of iron concentrate with high sulfur content in the samples. Then the magnetic iron concentrate by reverse flotation desulfurization experiment、the stage grinding and stage selection first magnetic floating process experiment、the stage grinding and stage selection flotation and magnetic technology experiments. Three comprehensive process experimental results obtained by flotation and magnetic technology can get iron concentrate grade of 67.32%, sulfur 0.134%, the recovery of iron 71.85% iron concentrate.
