摘要
探讨了模具制造电切削高速切割机的差异、工艺技术的开发与运用。指出,随着科技的进步,对模具制造电切削加工技术的要求越来越高,而电切削高速走丝线切割机床的加工性能、智能程序化、工艺数控技术、稳定性、精度、粗糙度等方面与低速切割机床相比还存在较大的差异,因此应加快开发机床的新技术,运用新工艺提高切削性能。
