摘要
工资增长与劳动生产率提升之间存在耦合关系,耦合协调度模型适应于判断工资增长的适度性。对31省市和自治区的工资增长和劳动生产率进行耦合协调度评价,发现大部分地区工资增长适度性不高,西部地区工资增长水平的适度性最高,其次是中部地区,最低是东部地区。所以,工资增长适度性的评价应以耦合协调度为依据。
There is a relationship between wage growth and labour productivity improvement,so coupling harmony model can be used to evaluate wage growth moderation.After evaluating on coupling harmony degree of wage growth and labour productivity improvement from 31 provinces and municipalities and autonomous regions,the result shows that wage growth moderation is low in most areas,wage growth moderation in western region is the highest,followed by the central region,and finally the eastern region.
