摘要
本文从经济发展、就业观念和社会创业环境等角度分析当前大学生就业难现象。阐述积累人才、实现政策创新、教育创新和改善中国农村生存环境、创业环境才是解决就业难的有效途径。
From the economic development, employment and environmental values and social entrepreneurship perspective to analyze current phenomenon of college students'' employment. Describe the accumulation of talent, to achieve policy in-novation, education, innovation and improving the living environment in rural China, the business environment is the effec-tive way to solve the difficult employment.
