摘要
随着社会的发展和收入水平的提高,中小城市私家车以井喷的势头增长。私家车快速增加的数量对居民日常生活产生影响,也对住宅小区车位供给能力提出了考验。本文以襄阳市区为例,实地走访43个小区,回收有效问卷194份,调研襄阳市区住宅小区停车现状,对襄阳市住宅小区停车供求矛盾及居民感受做出分析,对老旧小区及新建小区缓解停车难问题提出相应的建议。
With the development of society and the improvement of income level, small and medium-sized cities in the growth spurt of private cars. The rapid increase in the number of private cars has an impact on the daily life of the residents, but also on the supply capacity of residential parking spaces put forward a test. The Xiangyang City as an example, field visits to 43 District, 194 valid questionnaires were recovered, the research in Xiangyang City residential area parking situation, make analysis to feeling of Xiangyang City residential area parking supply and demand contradiction and residents, of the old residential district and new ease parking problem proposed corresponding suggestions.
