摘要
不断提高人才培养质量是摆在所有教育工作者面前的永恒课题。本科生培养质量由多个要素生成,准确把握每个生成要素内涵及其作用关系,才能科学开展培养工作,不断提升培养质量。本文提出了生成本科生培养质量的10个要素,阐述了要素间相互作用关系和培养质量生成路径。该研究成果已用于指导笔者所在单位的本科生培养工作,效益明显。以该成果为理论指导的工程化期中教学检查模式获2015年军队教学成果奖。
Continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation is an eternal task in front of all educators. Undergraduate education quality is generated by several factors. The education can be scientifically carried out and its quality can be constantly improved based on an accurate understanding of such factors as well as its mechanism. This article explores 10 factors on undergraduate education quality and describes the interaction between them and the quality generation path. Results from this study were used to guide the undergraduate education work in the author's workplace. This achievement as the theoretical guidance of the engineering midterm teaching inspection mode was awarded the 2015 military teaching achievement award.
