摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,并在其政策的引导下,各地方性高校都在逐步开始转型,期望可以早日成为应用型大学。但是由于教师自身的实践能力不足,致使学生们无法有效掌握学习内容,因此我国教育工作者以及相关的研究者一直致力于教师的实践教学能力探索中。本文对高校教师实践教学能力的重要性进行了深入分析,并针对其中存在的问题总结出了提升策略。
With the continuous development of China's economy, and under the guidance of its policies, the local colleges and universities are gradually beginning to transform, and hope to become an application-oriented university as soon as possible. But because the teachers are lack of practical ability, the students can not effectively grasp the learning content, teaching ability and educators in China and related research has been devoted to the teacher. This article has carried on the thorough analysis to the University Teachers' practical teaching ability, and has summed up the promotion strategy according to the existing problems.
