摘要
目的:研究我国高等医学院校临床血液学检验形态学实验教学课程信息化教学平台建设,提高形态学教学效果,为学生课堂内外学习提供良好的条件和平台。方法:在附属医院血液科收集各种常见病例的骨髓穿刺标本,涂片后进行瑞氏染色,然后利用Olympus图像采集系统采集正常骨髓细胞图像和各种疾病下的骨髓细胞形态,自制血液形态学教学软件。建立多媒体和网络实验室,将自制教学软件应用于临床血液学检验形态学实验教学中。结果:网络实验室和自制骨髓细胞形态学多媒体教学软件有利于学生更好地掌握各种疾病的骨髓细胞形态学特征,提高了课堂教学效果,为课外自学提供便利条件。结论:网络实验室和自制多媒体教学软件可应用于"临床血液学及检验"实验教学和学生课外自学和复习,学习效果显著。
Objective: To explore the construction of the information teaching platform of the experimental teaching of clinical hematology in higher medical colleges and universities and to improve the effect of morphology teaching and to provide a good condition and platform for the students to study in and out of class. Methods: Bone marrow specimens to all kinds of cases were collected from department of hematology in affiliated hospital, after Wright's staining, and then morphology of normal bone marrow cells and a variety of illnesses were taken by the Olympus image acquisition system, which were made teaching software. The establishment of multimedia and network laboratory and self-made teaching software were applied in the clinical laboratory teaching of hematology.Results: Students can better grasp the characteristic of the bone marrow cell morphology in various Hematology diseases through using network laboratory and home-made multimedia software teaching. They improved the effect of classroom and provides convenient conditions for extracurricular self-study. Conclusion: network lab and self-made multimedia software can be applied to the experimental teaching of clinical hematology and test and the students' Extracurricular self-study and review.
