摘要
交通事故中机动车爆胎往往是交警部门处理案件时的难点,对于先爆胎后发生事故,还是事故过程中出现爆胎的判断,直接影响到最后案件责任的划分。本文主要通过痕迹鉴定,从交通事故调查处理的角度出发,分析交通事故中机动车的爆胎原因以及常见的检验要点。结合具体案例分析,为一线办案人员提供一定的参考。
In traffic accidents,tyre burst of motor vehicles is often a difficult problem for traffic police departments when dealing with cases.The judgment of whether tyre burst occurs after the first tyre burst or in the course of the accident directly affects the division of responsibility in the final case.This paper mainly through traces identification,from the perspective of traffic accident investigation and treatment,analysis of the causes of motor vehicle tire burst in traffic accidents and common inspection points.Combining with the specific case analysis,it can provide some reference for the front-line caseworkers.
