摘要
本文分析高校服务外包概论性课程的特点,并结合我校的实际情况,指出服务外包概论性课程在师资、教学模式、考核环节等教学环节存在的问题。分别针对这些问题给出:校企合作的"师资培训"、专题式教学模式、"实践+理论"的考核方式对策建议。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of introduction courses in outsourcing, then combined with the actual situ-ation of our school, pointed out the problems in teaching mode, teaching assessment and teachers problem about introduction courses in outsourcing .Then solutions of these issues are separately given:school-enterprise cooperation in"teacher train-ing", thematic teaching mode,"practice+theory"assessment methods.
