摘要
篮球拓展训练的形式多种多样,内容丰富多变,改变了传统篮球课的僵化、沉闷,对高校篮球选修课有积极意义。分析篮球拓展训练存在的优点,列举当前高校篮球教学之中存在的问题,分析将拓展训练融入到高校篮球教学的各种可能性,并提出解决问题的建议。
Basketball expanding training is in a variety of forms, its content is rich and varied, changing the traditional bas-ketball class of rigid, boring, for college basketball elective course has a positive meaning. Analysis basketball training exist to expand the advantage, citing the current college basketball teaching among the problems, analyze the expanding training into college basketball teaching possibilities, and propose recommendations to solve the problem.
