摘要
目的:为地市级医疗器械不良事件监测工作提供经验与参考。方法:介绍贵州省都匀市医疗器械不良事件监测工作的模式和经验,探讨地市级医疗器械经营企业在医疗器械不良事件监测工作中存在的问题,提出解决建议并应用到不良事件监测实践工作中。结果与结论:通过科学监测模式的实践,在地市级医疗器械经营企业与使用单位医疗器械不良事件监测中取得了成功,提高了报告质量,促进医疗器械不良事件监测工作的规范开展。
Objective:To provide reference for municipal ADR Monitoring Center to carry out the work of medical devices adverse event(MDAE).Method: The mode and experience of MDAE in Duyun of Qiannan were introduced,and the main problems to carry out MDAE in municipal medical equipment enterprises were explored.Meanwhile, propose solutions and apply them to the practice of adverse reaction monitoring. Result and Conclusion: Through the practice of scientific monitoring model,we have achieved successof MDAE in municipal medical equipment enterprises and medical unit,make more efforts to improve the quality of reporting audit report,and promote the development of medical device adverse event monitoring.
