摘要
近年来,我国高等教育量的发展极为显著,大学校院量的快速扩增,引起社会大众对高等教育质量的关注,追求高等教育的卓越发展,已成为我国教育改革的重要政策之一。许多专家学者针对"大学追求卓越"的主题,提出若干建议,而现行公立大学教师待遇制度的缺失即为其中一项。^([1])教师绩效评量工资待遇如果没有做到正确、公正、客观,奖励等会严重影响教学质量与学校的发展。本文对大学本科院校教师工资绩效管理方面进行研究。
In recent years,the development of China's higher education is extremely remarkable,college quantity of rapid amplification,brought to the public attention to the quality of higher education,the pursuit of excellence and development of higher education,has become one of the important policy of the education reform in china.Many experts and scholars put forward some suggestions for the theme of 'pursuing excellence in Universities',and the absence of the treatment system of teachers in public universities is one of them.teachers' performance evaluation and salary treatment will seriously affect the quality of teaching and the development of schools if they are not correct,fair,objective and rewarding.This paper studies the performance management of undergraduate teachers in universities.
