摘要
临床见习是护理学生实习前重要的临床实践教学环节,是理论与实践的桥梁。采用基于典型工作任务的PDCA循环见习管理模式对护生见习过程进行全方位的、环环相扣的科学管理,学生见习目标明确,充分利用见习课时,提高临床见习的效率和质量,完善专业知识的建构,考核效果显著,充分激发学生的学习兴趣,形成职业认同感。
Clinical probation is an important practice teaching link before clinical practice for nursing students,which is a bridge between theory and practice.Apply the PDCA cycle based on typical professional tasks probation management mode to scientifically manage the probation process,students have definite probation goals,make full use of the probation period,improve the efficiency and quality of clinical probation,perfect the construction of professional knowledge,the inspection effect is remarkable,fully stimulate students' interest in learning,form professional identity.
