摘要
产教融合是充分利用学校和社会两种不同的教育资源和教育环境,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,对学生进行"知识+能力+素质"综合培养。本文选取在"顶岗实习和短大生就业生涯设计"中被日本文部省(教育部)的"支援现代教育需求项目(现代GP)"作为产教融合、理实一体化的示范性院校推广的SAIJO(埼玉女子短期大学)作为个案研究,从产教融合模式、教学师资力量、教学管理模式、就业率等方面提出其可借鉴之处。
Integration of industry and education is making full use of two different education resources and environment from university and society,aiming at service and obtaining a job as orientation to make comprehensive training of'knowledge+ ability +quality'to students.This article choose SAITAMA MOWEN'S JONIOR COLLEGE which is expanded as demonstration college of integration of industry and education and unified theory and practice by supporting modern education demanding project of Japanese education department in'internship and designing of junior college students' career life'as a case to research,to draw lessons from the style of integration of industry and education,teaching power,teaching management style and ration of obtaining a job,etc.
