摘要
教师专业技术职务评审是高校人事工作中重要一环,尽管近年在此方面已经进行了多番改革,但仍有不少问题存在,如果任由其发展将给学校教师队伍的可持续发展、教育教学等造成不可估量的破坏,因此构建以教师分类管理为导向、评聘分离的评审制度,同时规范评审条件、建立良好的评审专家库等将有可能改善评审工作,为学校建设、发展服务。
Teachers' professional and technical positions in the personnel affairs review is an important part,though in recent years in this regard has been repeatedly reform,but there are still many problems,if left to their school teachers will develop sustainable development,education teaching and other damage caused immeasurable,therefore build teacher-oriented category management,Employment separate accreditation system,and standardize the selection criteria,the establishment of good evaluation experts,etc.will be possible to improve the assessment work for school construction,development.
