摘要
教师培训文化是考量教师培训是否实现真正变革的深层要素,培训文化的认同、共享、信守程度在某种程度上反映了教师培训内涵式发展的程度。从教师培训文化的视角审视教师培训工作现状,通过丰富课程文化,完善制度文化,夯实团队文化,聚焦宣传文化等途径和策略,开拓特色化教师培训之路应成为加强教师培训文化建设、助推教师培训改革与发展的着力点。
The culture of teacher training is the deep factor to consider whether the teacher training is to realize the real change, and the degree of identification, sharing and keeping for training culture reflect the level of teacher training development status. From the perspective of teacher training culture to examine the current situation will boost the reform and development of teacher training. A series of strategies will also contribute to the construction of teacher training culture, such as rich curriculum culture, improve the system culture, strengthening team culture and focusing on propaganda culture.
