摘要
UV胶因其优良的性能,高效的固化速率被广泛应用于被广泛应用在工艺玻璃,电子电器,光学仪器,医疗用品,数字光盘等领域。固化率作为UV胶的一个重要参数,对改进工艺设备有着极其重要的意义。本文探究了使用红外光谱测定其UV胶固化率的方法。
UV adhesive due to its excellent performance,efficient curing rate has been widely used in the process of glass,electronic appliances,optical instruments,medical supplies,digital disc and other fields.As an important parameter of UV adhesive,curing rate is very important for improving process equipment.In this paper,the method of using FT-IR spectrum to determine the curing rate of UV adhesive was studied.
