摘要
伴随高等教育体制改革的深入和发展以及社会多元文化背景的影响,高校辅导员的职业倦怠现象已很普遍。就辅导员自身而言,职业倦怠现象表现为角色定位模糊、职业能力不强、职业核心价值不突出、职业目标错位等方面。本文基于职业品牌理论来改善高校辅导员的职业倦怠。
With the deepening of the reform of higher education system and social development and the influence of the multicul-tural background, the career burnout phenomenon of college counselor is very common. As counselor itself, job burnout phe-nomenon for the performance of the role of fuzzy, professional a-bility is not strong, professional core value was not prominent, career goal dislocation, etc. The text is based on the professional brand theory to improve college counselor career burnout.
