摘要
本文运用文献资料法、现场观察法、实证研究法等方法分析了校园游泳竞赛改革现实困境及原因,以问题为导向,提出教赛融合改革设想并加以实践。通过理念、内容、过程、评价四方面的融合,最大限度地发挥"超市化"竞赛模式制度优势,有效解决教赛分离和参赛人数过少的问题。教赛融合是高校游泳竞赛创新发展的必然趋势。
In this paper,using the method of literature,observation and empirical research method,we analyze the predicament in the reform of campus swimming competition and the reasons,and oriented by problems,put forward and practice the idea of teaching-competition integration.Through the integration of concept,content,process and evaluation,the advantage of the'supermarket-based'model of competition is maximized,thus effectively solving the problems of teaching-competition separation and a small number of competitors.Therefore,the integration of teaching and competition is the inevitable trend of the development of swimming competition in colleges and universities.
