摘要
压力容器是一种承压类专属设施,是工业生产产业的核心设备,主要用在石油、化工、钢铁等大型工业生产产业中。在实际的工业生产过程中,主要包含了传质、传热、分离、压力反应等工艺,压力容器在这一过程中有着重要的作用。但是,压力容器构造的特殊性,使得压力容器设备在实际的运行过程中存在着较高的安全风险,即压力容器设备承受的压力在高于容器实际荷载最大值时,会发生设备爆炸等严重事故,这会严重影响企业的经济效益和社会效益,不利于工业生产企业的稳定发展。基于此,文章阐述了压力容器安全管理及定期检验的必要性,并指出当前压力容器管理与检验中存在的问题,从而针对性地提出解决对策。
The pressure vessel is a kind of pressure-bearing exclusive facility, which is the core equipment of industrial production industry. It is mainly used in large-scale industrial production industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, steel and so on. In the actual industrial production process, it mainly includes mass transfer, heat transfer,separation, pressure reaction and other processes. The pressure vessels play an important role in this process. However,the particularity of pressure vessel structure, makes the high safety risks in the actual operation process have a pressure vessel equipment, that is, when the pressure of pressure vessel equipment is higher than the maximum actual load of the vessel, serious accidents such as equipment explosion will occur, which will seriously affect the economic and social benefits of enterprises, and is not conducive to the stable development of industrial production enterprises. Based on this, the paper expounds the necessity of pressure vessel safety management and periodic inspection, and points out the problems existing in the current pressure vessel management and inspection, so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures.
