摘要
描述了在热连轧厚度控制系统中轧辊偏心干扰对于厚度精度混沌现象的存在和影响,基于混沌现象来研究探讨热连轧厚度控制系统(AGC)不规则运动,同时提出了抑制或控制混沌的方法,以提高产品精度。使用了描述函数法,相平面法对热连轧中混沌现象进行了分析,结合AGC原理图,混沌时域图,混沌相图,AGC在不同外扰时的控制效果仿真图,提出并验证了轧制过程中轧辊偏心干扰对于厚度精度具有混沌特性的新观点,为过程控制系统提出了一种新的控制方法。
The existence and influence of gauge accuracy's chaotic phenomena were pointed out. The phenomena was from the disturbance of roller eccentricity in the hot strip continuous rolling gauge control system. It researches anomaly movement in the Hot Strip Continuous Rolling Gauge Control System on chaotic phenomena, and puts forward some methods about restraining or controlling chaos to improve the product accuracy. It is researched that the chaotic phenomena in the Hot Strip Continuous Rolling with the methods of describing function and phase space, with AGC's elements graph, chaotic time domain graph, phase domain graph and AGC's simulation graph in the different disturbance. It puts forward and validates new points of gauge accuracy's chaotic phenomena from roller eccentricity in the rolling process,and offers a new kind method in the control process.
