摘要
传统盐酸法生产饲料级磷酸氢钙工艺存在许多弊端。介绍了盐酸法制备饲料级磷酸氢钙副产碳酸钙及氯化铵新工艺。该工艺所用生产装置既可大量消化副产盐酸 ,又可在生产饲料级磷酸氢钙的同时联产碳酸钙和氯化铵产品 。
The traditional process of producing feed-grade DCP by hydrochloric acid has many disadvantages.The new technology for the production of feed-grade DCP and by-products calcium carbonate and ammonium chloride by hydrochloric acid has introduced.New process can not only consume large amount by-product HCl,but also produce calcium carbonate and ammonium chloride with feed-grade DCP at the same time.It can avoide to discharge out CaCl 2 waste liquor.
