摘要
采用 MTT法检测 HAP纳米粒子及 5种传统化疗药物对体外培养肝癌 Bel- 740 2细胞及正常对照细胞的敏感性 ,研究对比 HAP纳米粒子及传统抗癌药物对体外肝癌细胞的作用特点。在相同的作用时间内 ,不同浓度的常用抗癌药物大部分表现出良好的抑癌效果 ;而 HAP纳米粒子较大部分化疗药物对肝癌细胞抑制作用低 ,但对正常对照细胞无影响。如果 HAP纳米粒子能够作为一种抗癌药物 ,与传统抗癌药物相比 ,它存在着优越性。
Extracorporeal cell culture and MTT colormetric assay were used to measurate the chemosenstivity of hepatoma cells to the HAP nanoparticles and five kinds of traditional antitumor drugs. Study and contrast the different chracteristic of hepatoma cells to the HAP nanoparticles and traditional antitumor drugs in vitro. In the same oparated times, a majority of the traditonal antitumor drugs with different concentration show good results of inhibiting the cacer cells in vitro. The inhibition rate of the HAP nanoparticles to the hepatoma cells is lower than that of the majority traditional antitumor drugs. However,it has little effect on the normal lever cells. It will have some advantages to the traditional antitumor drugs, if the HAP nanoparticles becomes a kind of antitumor drug some time in the future.
