摘要
研究了不同成型工艺对 PBRBSC的素坯结构及烧结体显微组织的影响。研究发现 ,用原位凝固工艺获得的素坯比用干压和注浆成型的素坯孔径分布更加均匀 ,具有单峰性 ,孔洞形状规则。干压和注浆成型的烧结体中有大块残 C与残余 Si,而原位凝固工艺的烧结体无大块残余 Si和 C,它们都弥散分布在基体中。
The influence of different shape process on the green body and the sinter microstructure was studied. The result showed that the pore diameter distribution of the original position solidification green body was more well than dry pressing and dip casting and the distribution peak was only one, moreover, the shape of pore was more regular. The sinters of the dry pressing and dip casting exist massive carbon and massive silicon while the carbon dispersed in the original position solidification sinter's body.
