摘要
基于在磷酸介质中 ,痕量溴对溴酸钾氧化丁基罗丹明B反应的催化作用 ,建立了痕量溴的催化荧光分析的新方法。方法的检出限为 0 .12 μg·ml-1,线性范围为 0 .80~ 4 .80 μg·ml-1。该方法应用于受污染的河水、硫酸钠及溴吡斯的明药片中溴的分析 。
In a dilute phosphoric acid medium, the oxidation of butyl rhodamine (BRMB) by KBrO_3 was catalyzed by the presence of microamounts of bromide, leading to an extinguishing of the strong purple fluorescence given by BRMB. The decrease of fluorescence intensity (ΔF) was found to keep a linear relationship with the concentration of Br - ion in the range of 0.80~4.80μg·ml -1, with a detection limit of 0.12μg·ml -1. RSD′s tested at the concentration levels of 1.20μg·ml -1 and 4.00μg·ml -1 were found to be 0.93% (n=11) and 4.2% (n=11) respectively. Satisfactory results were obtained in the application of the proposed method to the analysis of polluted river water, chemicals and drugs.
